As a member of the CCC family of employees you will join a supportive and dynamic team providing state of the art integrated outpatient treatment programs for substance use and mental health disorders. Our staff have the opportunity to be involved in organizational wide strategic planning and program development processes which opens up new avenues of opportunities for upward career mobility. Licensed clinicians have the opportunity to become involved with several unique educational initiatives the organization has developed including addiction medicine clinical rotations and addiction counselor training programs. Opportunities exist to participate in research/publishing and presenting at various regional and national conference venues as well as being a part of our own training program for those who want to be licensed or certified in Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counseling.
